A team of Heatstar engineers, equipped with vans stocked with all necessary equipment and components have complete control over the scheduling of every single after sales site appointment. This provides flexibility to fit in with our customer’s requirements.

Service plans are designed to meet the needs of each customer with three options:

gold

With Gold cover the equipment is routinely serviced twice per year. In addition, should any maintenance work be necessary, the unit would be repaired without charge for parts, labour or attendance.

silver

With Silver cover the equipment is routinely serviced twice per year. In addition, should any maintenance work be necessary, the client would only be charged for the cost of any parts used with no charge being made for labour or attendance.

bronze

With Bronze cover the equipment is routinely serviced twice per year. However, should any maintenance work be necessary, the client would be charged for the cost of any parts used and also charged for labour and attendance.

These service and maintenance contracts are renewable annually and there is no obligation for the client to commit themselves to a contract prior to the initial manufacturers warranty expiring. The costs of the contracts vary depending on the model.

All Heatstar packaged units benefit from a free ‘commissioning’ visit by a Heatstar engineer, following installation.
